 Thomas P. Kane
President
Thomas P. Kane, President of NB&C since 2003 has developed and launched NEO Solutions in early 2009 to address the growing technical demands of the wireless industry.
Mr. Kane has started at NB&C by completing the Program Management responsibilities for the firm after which he was asked to lead NB&C’s Real Estate department in 1999. In 2001 Mr. Kane was promoted to Vice President of Operations for the entire organization.
In 1998 he was also a principal in the start-up of a communications infrastructure development company: Network Towers, LLC. The company successfully developed 90+ communications towers and the portfolio was sold in 2006 to a public tower company.
In December of 2006 Mr. Kane led a successful management buy-out of NB&C. By utilizing the company’s backlog and leveraging the firm’s tower development capabilities, he was able to restructure NB&C as a 100% employee-owned LLC.
Conlon J. McCarthy
Managing Director - Mid Atlantic
Conlon has over nine years experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to NB&C, he held a management position for a high volume retail provider.
Conlon began his career with NB&C in January of 1999 on the real estate team providing acquisition consulting services. Since 1999, Conlon has held several positions of increased responsibilities for NB&C which include managing a 300 site overlay project in the Richmond/Norfolk markets and program managing several different projects in Baltimore/Washington. As Managing Director, Conlon is responsible for all aspects of business development, client partnerships, and employee performance in the Mid-Atlantic region while managing several disciplines which include turnkey projects, special projects, real estate acquisition, and construction management.
Conlon is a 1996 graduate of West Virginia University.

| D. Michael Leisher
Chief Financial Officer
Michael is a seasoned financial and operations executive with over twenty years experience. Prior to joining NB&C, he held a variety of executive level positions, primarily in professional service industries.
As Chief Financial Officer for NB&C, Michael is responsible for the Support Services Division which includes Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Management Information Systems. Additionally he is responsible for process improvement and oversees overall financial operations of the firm.
Michael graduated from the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
John Coles
Director of Technical Services
John Coles is responsible for profitability and management of all programs and projects for NEO Solutions. He has extensive experience in the wireless telecommunications industry and has held leadership positions in both private and government sectors. Specific areas of experience include shipboard weapons control and radar, 2-way consoles and base stations, backhaul (fiber and microwave), RF implementation and engineering and all aspects of wireless network deployment including site selection, acquisition, permitting, construction, implementation and operations. Prior to joining NEO, John held direct management positions for several wireless carriers including Cingular Wireless, Sprint/Nextel and Clearwire. He has also led programs and projects to success within other companies including American Tower Corporation, Lucent Technologies and Goodman Networks. John has managed programs and projects for government entities including the Department of Homeland Security (US Border Patrol and US Coast Guard) and the US Department of Agriculture (US Forestry Service).
