Thomas P. Kane
President

Thomas P. Kane, President of NB&C since 2003, developed and launched NEO Solutions in 2009 to address the growing technical demands of the wireless industry.

Mr. Kane started at NB&C by completing Program Management responsibilities for the firm after which he was asked to lead NB&C’s Real Estate department in 1999. In 2001 Mr. Kane was promoted to Vice President of Operations for the entire organization.

In 1998 he was also a principal in the start-up of a communications infrastructure development company: Network Towers, LLC. The company successfully developed 90+ communications towers and the portfolio was sold in 2006 to a public tower company.

In December of 2006 Mr. Kane led a successful management buy-out of NB&C. By utilizing the company’s backlog and leveraging the firm’s tower development capabilities, he was able to restructure NB&C as a 100% employee-owned LLC.
